In this "SMART Runners Series : ACEndurance 5 Weeks SMART Balance 10KM Program" you will:
- Get A Chance To Train With Polar M400 (The New 2015 Polar Running Watch) with a minimum loan fee.*- 5 Weeks SMART Structured Training Program.- 2 Weekly Group Training Sessions Targeted At Specific Workout.- Improve Your Running Efficiency & Learn To Train With SMART Training Method.- Polar Smart Coaching (Since 1977) Personal Training Data Analysis & Consultation With Our ACAC Head Trainer; Edan Syah.- Collaboration with the "MOVE PLAY" Team for a balance STRENGTH & CONDITIONING workout for runners!
